Meet the Segals. We are Nicky and Phil Segal and together we are the proud owners of Majestic Property. We are one of the only family run – concierge style real estate services in Marbella. Over the years we are so happy to be able to say that very many of our clients have become our life long friends. Marbella is a wonderful place to meet new people and we hope we get to meet you soon!
If you’re anything like us then you will know just how hard it is to write about who you are without it sounding cheesy and cliché, or dull and corporate. We are outgoing people with pride for our professions and a passion for people. We genuinely believe in treating others how we would wish to be treated ourselves.
Our journey began in 2002, when my partner Phil and I, still living in Hampshire, UK, craved a life of sun, sea, and sand that we cherished during our holidays. Driven by entrepreneurial spirit, we made a daring decision to sell everything and fly to Malaga, with our two children in tow. The transition was challenging, filled with the stress of finding the right property and school for our kids. Despite these hurdles, we utilized our interior design and building skills to transform an older, poorly designed villa into our dream home. This decision marked the inception of a new life, embodying our mantra that life is for living, not a dress rehearsal.
Over the following 19 years, we transformed lifeless properties into vibrant residences, raised our children, and weathered countless obstacles. These experiences strengthened our relationship, commitment, and shaped our identities. Utilizing our local knowledge and real estate expertise, we developed a successful business portfolio that assists people in making their new house a permanent or holiday home in Marbella. We know the complexity of purchasing property in Spain and, therefore, help with all aspects of the process, from making offers to currency exchange, and even recommending local restaurants.
Ten years ago, we created Majestic Property, providing access to over 25,000 properties and facilitating the property finding process for our clients. We also help our clients sell their properties through our extensive network and marketing strategies. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients’ needs, respecting their preferences, and nurturing relationships beyond business. Currently located in our dream home in El Rosario, Marbella, we continue to strive to make the Costa Del Sol experience seamless for our clients, greeting them with smiles, expert advice, and the assurance of finding the right property for them.
